Susan and Yolanda
Susan and Yolanda were high school classmates at Monte Cassino
School in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Susan Hager
Susan lives in Frederic, Wisconsin, where she teaches dog obedience
classes and is active in therapy dog work with her black Lab, Murphy.
She is formerly from Tulsa, OK, where she owned a pet-sitting
business, was a member and instructor at the Tulsa Dog Training
Club and coordinator of two therapy dog programs.
Her black Lab, Murphy, CGC, CD, TDIAOV, is a nationally certified
therapy dog with Therapy Dogs International. Susan is an evaluator
for TDI and a Canine Good Citizen, CGC, evaluator for the American
Kennel Club.
Cookie Brigade combines two of Susan's great passions, baking and
dogs. As a child, she began with her maternal grandmother and never
stopped. After graduating from the University of Tulsa with a degree
in Sociology, she attended Le Cordon Bleu, London Culinary Arts
Institute, where she completed the six week intensive cooking course.
For many years, she worked for exclusive catering businesses until
starting her own pet-sitting business. She owns two other dogs, Katie,
an English pointer, and Max, a Pomeranian.
Yolanda Segovia
Yolanda is co-originator of Cookie Brigade and currently lives in
Riverdale, NY. As a conductor, she has served as musical director for
many Broadway shows including Dreamgirls, A Chorus Line, and
Aida.
As a composer and co-owner of Emerald City Music, Inc., with her
husband Peter Strode, she has written music for hundreds of national
television commercials.
